1 Account Opening and Registration

To fully use the shwe99 platform, players must open an account with accurate personal information. The following conditions apply to registration—

• The player must be 21 years of age or older.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided during registration must be accurate.
• Each person may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts at the same time is strictly prohibited.

• shwe99 may temporarily suspend or close any account opened with suspicious or inaccurate information.

2 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Payment processes at shwe99 are carried out in accordance with the following policies—

• Accepted payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay.
• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must both be in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• shwe99 may request identity verification from players when required under its anti-money laundering policy.

shwe99 is not responsible for delays caused by interbank processing times, communication delays, or instability of third-party payment service providers. Players must contact their own bank directly to resolve any banking-related issues.

3 Bonus and Promotion Policy

shwe99 bonuses and promotions are available only when the following conditions are met—

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus is awarded on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered × 25 times before any withdrawal can be made.
  Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal is made.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• shwe99 may change, temporarily suspend, or discontinue promotions without prior notice.

4 Prohibited Activities

Players must strictly avoid the following activities on the shwe99 platform—

• Exploiting software bugs for gain or attempting to hack the website.
• Playing games using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated methods.
• Dishonest play (bonus abuse) where the player makes decisions solely to exploit bonuses.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or bank account to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Engaging in unlawful financial transactions or attempting money laundering.
• Deliberately creating and spreading false information about the service.

shwe99 notifies players that if any prohibited activity is detected, the player's account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken.

5 Player Responsibilities

By using shwe99 services, a player agrees to the following responsibilities—
